The work

Mike's Flooring takes subcontract hardwood work on new construction and remodels. The scope is installation, replacement, sanding and refinishing, board repair, and stair treads.

You talk to Mike. The schedule is set around the build. The price depends on the job, the schedule, and who is supplying the flooring.

Contractor jobs are not priced through the homeowner estimate. The rates on the pricing page are for homeowner projects.

Insurance

Mike's Flooring is insured. A certificate of insurance is available when you ask for it.
